Who owns my pictures?
It is agreed that ownership of the RAW digital files (negatives) will remain with the Photographer. At the Client's request, and with Client buy-out, the Photographer will turn over all the RAW digital files to the Client upon completion of all print orders. If the Client chooses to take physical control of the digital files, the Photographer will no longer be responsible for accepting printing orders from the Client.

How may my pictures be used by ME?
Unless otherwise agreed upon and confirmed in writing, the Client's pictures are to be used by the Client for personal, non-professional purposes only. Images may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without purchase and expressed written permission from bOB HOmer photography.

How may my pictures be used by bOB HOmer photography?
It is agreed that the Photographer may display and use photographs for advertising, display, website and internet promotion, photographic contests, bridal shows, public display as in malls, photography books, photography instructional books, store fronts, window displays, studio display, television advertising, magazine advertising or any other professional purposes by the Photographer. The Client may discuss with the Photographer options to opt out, with such provisions being noted on the contract.
What is your payment policy?
No part of any order will be delivered until payment has been received in full by the Photographer. We accept payment by cash, credit card, or personal cheque. Personal cheques are to be made out to "Laundry room press" (as bOB HOmer photography is a division of Laundry room press). Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include HST.

For weddings, the Client understands and agrees that the entire amount owed for the wedding photography package is due no later than one week before the Wedding Day.
Bookings - for weddings
Wedding dates are reserved by final booking but we may be available on short notice so don't hesitate to contact us. We require a signed contract and a Reservation booking Deposit of $250 for final bookings. The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable, up to 30 days prior to the wedding, even if the date is changed or the wedding is cancelled for any reason. The Reservation Deposit is applied towards the contracted wedding photography package upon completion of this Contract.

Bookings - for non-wedding shoots
For non-wedding photo shoot bookings, we require a credit card number to which a half-hour session fee will be charged should the Client fail to show on the day of the shoot or neglect to call to reschedule. See our Cancellation policy for more information.
Cancellation and Rescheduling policy - for weddings
In the event the Client must cancel the contracted services for wedding photography, the Photographer agrees to refund all money paid, excluding the Reservation Deposit of $250.

Cancellation and Rescheduling policy - for non-wedding shoots
In the event of rain, we can reschedule if necessary. We will determine if we cannot work in the rainfall based on current weather conditions.

In the event that you are going to be late for your shoot, please contact us ASAP. If we wait more than 15 minutes without hearing from you, you may end up forfeiting your session.

Cancellation requires 24 hrs notice, unless in the event of grave personal emergency. Should 24 hours notice not be given, you may end up forfeiting your session with a 30 minute session fee being applied to the credit card number given at time of booking. We reserve the right to limit the number of sessions rescheduled.
